The San Diego market has been crazy and we would have lost our minds, and/or stayed renting, had she not helped us through our first close. She accommodated our crazy work schedules, pivoted quickly when bidding wars lost us homes, gave us fair and informed advice, was unfailingly helpful and kept us motivated from first viewing til we picked up our keys. If you would like a realtor who treats you like family - someone who really listens to what you say, cares about you, and keeps looking until she finds what you want - then April is the realtor for you. I've moved a few times and this is the first time that I've ever dealt with a realtor that made feel like she really understood not only my wish list, but the emotional investment in finding the perfect home. I joked that I was asking April to find me a 'unicorn' and darned if she didn't. Because I was moving from out of state, I had no idea where to begin looking and April took the time to show me several different areas that fit my criteria, narrowing things down until we literally found the perfect little town. Once she did that, then she dove it looking for the perfect house. When April called to let me know that she had found a house she thought I might be interested in, I went to look with real anticipation. And once again, April came through. The house was perfect – literally the house I had imagined, down to the bunnies in the back yard! April always made me feel like I was her only client even though I know she was very busy with other clients. Our meetings were never rushed and April ways always available for calls, emails, and texts – and of course, tons of questions. She worked with me and my schedule and also took time to work with my husband via email to keep him informed, since he was not able to join in the house hunting project. When April finally found our ‘unicorn’ she quickly wrapped up the process by working closely with my husband, myself, and the sellers to ensure that we were able to secure the house. The closing was easier and quicker than I could have hoped, especially since we were on a tight time frame. April is a complete professional in all aspects!
