April Guerieri is the co-founder of The Collective San Diego and a Luxury Real Estate Specialist since 2009. Throughout my life, I have lived by the belief that to create extraordinary results, one must go above and beyond what is required! I have dedicated over a decade of persistence to not just real estate, but triathlon racing at the National level trying to make the elite Team USA, which comprises of the fastest 16 women of like age in the USA. I have completed two marathons, two half ironman triathlons, countless half marathons, and century bike rides, and can be found on "The Compass Elite" - a collective of top producers who are also distinguished endurance athletes. While I am proud of my accomplishments, I extend the same dedication and commitment to providing an exceptional stress-free experience for you whether you are relocating, buying or selling a home, or investing in your future.

Travis Bolen is the co-founder of The Collective San Diego. Prior, Travis was the Broker/Owner of ICON Real Estate Group. During his time at ICON, Travis specialized in residential real estate, commercial real estate, and land development. Travis attended the University of Arizona where he received a bachelor’s degree in Regional Development. After college, Travis moved to San Diego where he has spent the last 20 years steering the San Diego real estate market. His San Diego career started with Hallmark Communities where he opened the Urban Development department. As a former Head of Urban Land Acquisitions and Development for Hallmark, Travis has helped acquired and sell millions of dollars in local San Diego real estate. Travis was involved in the purchasing, marketing, and sales of parcels of land, as well as individually built homes. Travis holds dual Brokers licenses in California and Idaho and is a member of multiple real estate development organizations.
