April was our realtor when we recently purchased our home. The housing market in San Diego is not easy, and it can be frustrating for both the buyer and their agent. April patiently guided us through the process, and as first-time home buyers, we needed quite a bit of guidance and hand-holding. She patiently showed us a numerous houses over the course of many months, gave us excellent advice, kept our needs and wants in mind when presenting options, and advocated for us. She was supremely patient with us when we were wishy-washy, and understanding when things came up and we had to change course at the last second. She was especially personable with sellers, and we believe that the impression that she left on the them was what really helped us get our offer accepted at the end of the day. We LOVE our new house, and couldn't have been happier with April as a realtor. One day, when it's time to do this again, we will call her first.

April was great. She expertly helped us navigate the insanity that is the housing market in San Diego, and as first-timer buyers, we needed all the help we could get. At the end of the day, we ended up in a house that had EVERYTHING we asked for (seriously, there's everything, even two walk-in closets in the master bedroom), and we believe that her personability and rapport she built with the seller is what got our bid accepted. April Lee was such a pleasure to work with. She was very involved with the process from figuring out the type of home my wife and I were interested in all the way through settlement.
